1. Order Processing Time

- All orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched in 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping services with estimated delivery times as follows:

• Hong Kong (Local Orders)
- Delivery Method: SF Express 
- Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping Fee: Free Shipping on all orders over HK$450. For orders under HK$450, a flat shipping fee of HK$40 will be applied.

• International Orders

Once your order arrives in your destination country, please contact your local post office or designated courier service for the most up-to-date delivery adjustments. Aurae shall not be held responsible or liable for any delayed, lost, stolen, or failed deliveries once the package has successfully reached the destination country.


3. Tracking Your Order

- Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey through the respective courier's website.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- For international orders, Aurae is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact our customer support team at contact@auraehk.com within 7 days. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue for you.
